CFGC defines quality improvement as a broad set of systemic principles, policies, procedures, and actions – all aimed at continually improving upon the way we provide client–centered mental health services. Total Quality Management (TQM) emphasizes a management approach to long-term success through client satisfaction, where all CFGC employees participate in improving our processes, services, and the organizational culture. We use strategy, data, and effective communications to integrate the quality principles into the culture and activities of our organization.
