Reading. Playing with the kids. Even Facebooking. Strengthen your well-being and help others do the same. Not everyone has a well of strength, support or resources. The #UnlockURWell campaign will launch on October 18th to promote family strength and resilience. Did you know 3 out of 4 children with mental health care needs don’t access services in California? That’s 3.5 million children in need.

CFGC builds resilient communities by helping families unlock their inner strength, providing mental health care, resources and community based services. Many of these families are from underserved areas with the greatest mental health needs. We’ve helped more than 100,000 children and their families in California: decrease school drop outs, decrease suicides, decrease substance use, and increase their ability to lead healthier, more productive lives.
