Covid-19 (Coronavirus) Information

At CFGC, the health, safety and well-being of our clients, staff and community remains our highest priority during the COVID-19 outbreak. As part of the safety net of services to the community, CFGC is striving to maintain essential mental health and social services to the children and families that we serve while protecting our employees. The challenge is daunting in the face of so many unknowns. Our dedicated staff members are working tirelessly to ensure continuity of care for all children and families.

Our response includes implementing the following:

  • CFGC clinic phone lines and sites remain open and operational but are limiting in-person services to urgent situations and following all recommended protocols for social distancing.
  • Families reaching out for services are being assessed and offered services via telehealth or in-person for urgent needs.
  • CFGC staff is proactively reaching out to our current clients and offering telephone and telehealth services to ensure continuity of care and provide support.
  • Our intensive programs are responding to crises in the field as necessary with appropriate safety protections and gear.
  • Our Community resources division is providing families with resources to protect their health and well-being including access to supports for basic needs.
  • Working with local authorities like the Department of Mental Health and connecting with national resources like the Centers for Disease Control to ensure that we are up-to-date on the latest orders, protocols, and best practices.
  • Implementing online learning opportunities for students at our Northpoint Special Education School program to support their continued learning.

We are resilient together,

Roy Marshall, MPA
President and CEO
