Quality Assurance and Inspection Statement

The quality of our clinical treatment programs and the efficiency of our daily operations are important elements of CFGC performance management. There are many practices in place that support our effort to attain high quality in everything we do. We continuously review current issues, trends and areas for improvement based on both internal and external sources of information.

Some specific activities include protecting client privacy and rights, clients and stakeholders’ satisfaction; accessibility of services; outreach and service delivery capacity; adherence to ethical standards and compliance with regulations, reviewing the quality of records, measuring outcomes, monitoring and analyzing risk issues, and discussing future strategies and possibilities for improvement.

CFGC is committed to the principle that quality is everyone’s responsibility and that quality improvement is an on-going process incorporated in all aspects of the Center’s life.
